I’ve always been interested in the point where creativity and technology meet. I started in 3D animation and visual effects, but I was never interested only in making an individual image or animation. I wanted to understand the entire process: how the work was created, how it could be produced more efficiently, how clients found it and how a creative skill could become a sustainable business.

That curiosity has led me from animation and VFX into interactive 3D, software development, AI, automation, SEO, marketing and product development. Although I’ve sketched and painted since childhood, I don’t necessarily describe myself as an artist by trade. I see myself as a builder and problem-solver who understands creative people—and can connect their ideas with the technology and systems required to make them work.

Today, I divide my time between client projects, building software products, developing businesses and helping founders and creative professionals turn their knowledge and ideas into something valuable.

Mentoring & education

Passing on what works in practice.

I’ve taught animation, filmmaking and computer-game subjects at third-level colleges in Ireland. Today I mentor creative professionals, studio owners and founders, helping them connect creative ideas with technology, marketing and commercial viability.

I’m also a mentor in Ireland’s National AI Challenge, supporting people as they turn ambitious ideas into useful, workable projects.
